JOB DESCRIPTION:

· IN-HOUSE TRAINING COORDINATOR

  • Plan, coordinate and schedule In-house training for onboarding crews

  • Coordinate with training department for crews' endorsement

  • Monitor crews' attendance and training completion

  • Prepare certificate for:

*ISM Certificates

*Confirmation of Completion of Education before Joining Ship

*Pre-Boarding Briefing Record

*Acknowledgment

  • Check issued training certificate
  • Maintain updated training records

  • Prepare monthly reports

· 201 FILE CUSTODIAN

  • Create, update and maintain individual crew 201 files
