We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Documentation Specialist to lead the creation, standardization, and maintenance of clear, accurate, and compliant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational consistency, efficiency, and knowledge transfer across technical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

SOP Development: Create, update, and standardize SOPs for technical and operational processes, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate accurate process information.
