Job Description

The Documentation Specialist of Data Lake, Inc. ensures accurate, organized, and timely documentation of all project activities, including installation records, QA reports, and deployment logs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and maintain deployment forms, reports, and technical checklists.
  • Consolidate field data from various teams for submission to DICT and DepEd.
  • Support in photo and video documentation of installations.
  • Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system.
  • Assist in creating summary reports and progress updates.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
