Overview
We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to manage, organize, and control project documentation throughout the project lifecycle using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and correspondence management.
Responsibilities
- Manage ACC projects and folders: set up permissions, naming conventions, and metadata/tags to support search and reporting.
- Control document lifecycle: upload, review, publish, supersede, and archive drawings, models, specifications, and records.
- Administer workflows: configure and monitor RFIs, submittals, transmittals, issues, and approvals within ACC.
- Version control and audit trail: ensure traceability, track revisions, and maintain document logs and dashboards.
- Create and maintain templates: folder structures, review workflows, forms, and reporting layouts.
