Job Description

As a Staff Project Manager within the Documentation Services org, you will own project management of associated work queue processes and vendor management. You will define the direction for your project area(s) by working with R&D to understand priority as well as partner with other key stakeholders including product managers, writer managers, and technical writers to bring to life documentation solutions to meet those needs!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Review and maintain the assigned work queues aligned with your project area(s) to:

  • Ensure work requirements are appropriately documented.

  • Process and prioritize technical documentation and illustrationrequests in a timely manner to align with project roadmaps and org priorities.
