duties and responsibilities include:

  • Creating, managing and maintaining all necessary documentation
  • Ensuring all documents are correctly formatted and comply with the company's documentation style guidelines
  • Collaborating with different departments to gather and interpret the information needed for documentation
  • Reviewing and editing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Developing a system for easy retrieval of documents
  • Training staff on how to access the documents they need
  • Protecting the security of sensitive company documents
  • Updating and revising documents as necessary
  • Maintaining a record of all revisions
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure all documents are up-to-date and accurately reflect current business processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
