Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal briefs.
  • Prepare declaration letters and draft replies to legal correspondence.
  • Liaise with third parties such as hostel landlords, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing documents related to vendors, third-party agreements, and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain legal trackers and master data, ensuring timely updates of rent agreements, license renewals, and statutory paperwork.
  • Handle statutory paperwork and ensure compliance with local government regulations.
  • Support the legal team in maintaining adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
