Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal briefs.
- Prepare declaration letters and draft replies to legal correspondence.
- Liaise with third parties such as hostel landlords, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in preparing documents related to vendors, third-party agreements, and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain legal trackers and master data, ensuring timely updates of rent agreements, license renewals, and statutory paperwork.
- Handle statutory paperwork and ensure compliance with local government regulations.
- Support the legal team in maintaining adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
