You are responsible in the collation and submission of PODs to Finance for customer billing. The position is also responsible in generating inventory and equipment utilization reports. Validation of billings from suppliers is also part of the duties of this position.

What you’ll do

• Monitor, collate, encode POD status of all shipments.
• Coordinate with customers for the timely liquidation of PODs.
• Monitor equipment inventory by reviewing the daily equipment inventory reports.
• Ensure completeness and timely submission of billing-related documents to Finance.
• Collaborate with Sales, CIC, Operations, and Finance to ensure compliance with operational and documentary requirements set by customer s.
