Here's the difference you'll make
You are responsible in the collation and submission of PODs to Finance for customer billing. The position is also responsible in generating inventory and equipment utilization reports. Validation of billings from suppliers is also part of the duties of this position.
What you'll do
Monitor, collate , encode POD status of all shipments.
Coordinates with customers for the timely liquidation of PODs
Monitor equipment inventory by reviewing the daily equipment inventory reports
Ensures completeness and timely submission of billing-related documents to Finance
Collaborates with Sales, CIC, Operations, and Finance to ensure compliance with operational and documentary requirements set by customer s
