Responsibilities


This role supports the preparation, coordination, and quality assurance of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables within the team. It plays an active role in ensuring that documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time, while working closely with internal teams and external suppliers. In addition, the role contributes to the continuous improvement of documentation processes, tools, and systems, including supporting user training and providing day-to-day guidance.

  • Documentation Preparation & Structure
    Prepare and structure project documentation, including manuals (e.g., YARA) and final documentation packages. Handle specifications, inquiries, and offer compilations. Coordinate printing and preparation of documentation.
