About the role
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Engineering department by ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of our projects.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, manuals, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather, organize, and centralize project-related information
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, well-structured, and easily accessible
- Provide administrative support, such as file management, document archiving, and data entry
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards
