    As the Customer Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures that all documentation is clearly structured, version-controlled, and accessible to stakeholders, supporting effective project delivery and compliance.

    Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, maintain and submit project documentation including: Project plans
    Requirements documents
    Process workflows
    Technical specifications
    User guides and manuals
    Completing and Coordinating Customer Questionnaires

  • Ensuring documentation is consistent, clear, and aligned with organisational standards and templates
