Job Description

The Documentation Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting change control activities to ensure all documented information is properly managed in support of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role focuses on creating, updating, controlling, and maintaining quality documentation, both electronically and physically, while tracking metrics to ensure timely and effective implementation of changes.

This position reports directly to the **Quality Manager** .

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist in creating and updating procedures, work instructions, and forms in collaboration with document owners and in accordance with defined standards
+ Coordinate and complete change control activities, including updates to pFMEA, control plans, and material specifications
