Job Description

This role will serve as a Document Management Technician (DMT) assigned to the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) program of the DOJ Civil Division and will work under the direction of a Project Manager. The DMT role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of incoming materials supporting claims filed under RECA. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and data entry skills. Expected duties may include the following:

+ Scan and copy incoming materials related to claims processing.
+ Data entry from paper document into the database.
+ Save and categorize scanned documents according to established procedures.
+ Maintain accurate tracking of document movement, including mailing and returns.
+ Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
