Document Control/Turnover Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assemble turnover documentation in alignment with client and regulatory requirements, as well as Bird’s Quality Management System.
• Develop and maintain turnover indices; compile required records, including redlines from field/shop for as‑built drawings.
• Read and interpret construction drawings such as P&ID’s, isometrics, general arrangements, and shop drawings.
• Review third‑party records, including NDE reports, coating/painting reports, etc.
• Create and maintain inspection records and reports, including logs, forms (both QMS and regulatory, e.g., AB‑83), and other turnover documentation.
• Verify material traceability and compile project Material Test Reports.
• Perform weld mapping and create red line drawings.
• Maintain facility calibration records.
• Work closely with inspectors and construction teams (internal and client) to ensure all project deliverables are met.
