Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate the review and approval process of documents among stakeholders.
- Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled and easily retrievable.
- Assist in timekeeping functions to track employee attendance and project hours.
- Support team members in adhering to documentation and timekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in document control or administration
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management software
