Responsibilities Maintain and process company documents to ensure accurate and organized records throughout project phases Assist project team by preparing reports, meeting notes, and fulfilling other documentation requests to support project progress Manage and transmit project files from initiation through construction and closeout to maintain project continuity Collect, scan, and upload documents following established procedures to ensure timely and accurate data entry Register all technical documents, including reports, drawings, and blueprints, in the document management system for easy retrieval Notify relevant personnel of updated document versions and provide guidance on accessing the latest information Print and distribute documents as needed to facilitate communication and workflow across teams Collaborate with various departments such as human resources, marketing, and construction to manage documents and records effectively
