What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain the department's filing system, both physical and electronic, tools and equipment's, ensuring documents are organized and readily accessible
- Ensures that the documents are properly formatted, coded, and stored in accordance with company or project standards.
- Maintains updated logs of controlled documents and track document revisions, approvals, and distribution while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Receives, reviews, and verifies documents for completeness and accuracy before submission or filling.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Construction team
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Supports project teams with document retrieval and version control.
- Distributes documents to project teams, consultants and contractors as required.
