Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and maintain all documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored both electronic and physical documents.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards before distribution.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drawings, reports, contracts, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments to facilitate document reviews and approvals.
  • Maintain document registers and logs to track the status and revisions of all controlled documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software (e.g., Procore Software).
  • Ability to handle confidential information and documents.
