Document Controller

Main purpose of the job

• To prepare, track, and follow up on all project submittals including shop drawings, materials data sheets, product approvals, method statements, and warranties.
• To maintain a live submittal register with current status, revision history, and outstanding actions for all TPO roofing and sandwich panel projects.
• To manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation including RFIs, transmittals, IFC drawings, and approval records in an organized and version-controlled filing system.
• To coordinate with the QA/QC team to verify that all submitted documents meet specification and client requirements prior to submission.
• To liaise with the Project Manager, Project Executive, client teams, and consultant representatives on all document-related matters.
• To manage client submission portals and platforms as required and track outstanding approvals to prevent project delays.
