Job Description
Document Controller
- Works as part of documents team or may specialize in a particular type of document such as contracts and proposals;
- Preparation of requirements and documents necessary for bidding for private and government projects;
- Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence;
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date;
- Generate the various document control reports as required;
- Organizes, maintains company documents, project files, product brochures and archives inactive records;
- Creates and maintains a filing system that supports efficient information management;
