Job Description
- To support Project Manager and represents the Company (when required) in project execution and maintains official communication with the Client and other parties.
- Defines and understand project scope and objectives including Client’s Contract terms and condition stated in Contract Document.
- Assisting Project Member to manage all project related correspondent and document transmission.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To understand and execute the Project base on ITB requirement and to ensure the overall project construction activity are in accordance to relevant ISO Procedure, Project standard working Procedure and Quality Management System.
- To develop a document exchange and monitoring system in order to attached to the client requirement on document exchange and monitoring system.
- To become a window for all internal and external party for document exchange.
