Job Description
The Document Controller is responsible for ensuring project/technical documents are in compliance with the company's standards and ensure it is well maintained, accurate, and readily available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish, maintain, and update filing systems for all project, legal, and technical documents (e.g., blueprints, contracts).
- Review incoming documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards or regulatory requirements.
- Act as the central point for collecting and distributing documents between architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure secure storage of sensitive information and compliance with legal/regulatory standards for permits and licenses.
- Track document flow, maintain revision logs, and generate reports on document status.
