Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, register, track, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents
  • Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems for engineering and project documents
  • Ensure proper document numbering, classification, revision control, and approval status
  • Prepare and manage document transmittals and document registers
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients for document submissions and revisions
  • Monitor document review cycles and follow up on overdue approvals
  • Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and ISO standards (if applicable)
  • Archive obsolete and completed documents properly
  • Generate document status reports for project management
  • Support internal and external audits
