Job Description
• Maintain Project Contracts, Variations and similar document Registers :
o Upload or register documents provided by business users;
o Ensure that the Document Control QA/QC requirements are met in provided documents and in their registration;
o Maintenance of accurate metadata and document attributes on all documents
o Retrieval and provision of documents as on request
o Maintain access key business document registers;
o Liaise and communicate with relevant personnel to obtain required documents;
o Consult with SharePoint (and related software) personnel on systems improvements and issues.
• Run reports and conduct Reviews of document registers and related systems to identify non-compliance or missing documents
• Provide feedback to project team and individual users on missing and required documents
• Prepare reporting and analysis on document registers and compliance for key stakeholders
