Job Description
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible in formulating, developing and implementing documentation policies, procedures and guidelines.
2) Ensure documentation process are strictly followed.
3) Make sure to register incoming and outgoing documentations.
4) Evaluate company document management system and contractor's documents control system for compliance.
5) Responsible in preparation of project documentation such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
6) Responsible in reviewing and verifying project documentation quality and if complete, correct and meets formal requirements and
7) Monitor status of the project to ensure submission of documentation is submitted on time.
