Job Summary

The Document Controller is responsible for the accurate preparation, organization, monitoring, and safekeeping of all recruitment-related documents for overseas deployment. This role ensures full compliance with DMW/POEA regulations, employer requirements, and internal company policies, supporting smooth and timely deployment of candidates.

Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management & Control

  • Receive, review, verify, and organize applicant and deployment documents.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of:
  • Employment contracts
  • Job orders
  • Ensure proper version control and secure storage of physical and digital files.
  • Monitor document completeness and validity (expiry dates, signatures, stamps).

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with:
  • Recruitment officers
  • Applicants/candidates
  • Foreign employers and partners
