- Ensure accurate document control, storage, and timely distribution using management systems.
- Maintain document security and confidentiality, controlling access permissions.
- Produce regular document status reports and assist with audits and compliance.
- Support project teams by coordinating document approvals and providing system training.
- Proven document control experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Proficient with document management software and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and industry standards preferred.
