Key Responsibilities:
Secretarial Duties:
- Maintain and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, emails, reports, and presentation materials.
- Attend meetings and record minutes (MoM), then distribute and follow up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls, manage communications, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
Document Control Duties:
- Set up and maintain a structured filing system for both hard and soft copies of documents.
- Register, track, and manage all incoming and outgoing documents
- Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant parties.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all document revisions, transmittals, and approvals.
- Ensure document templates and formats comply with company/project standards.
