Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial Duties:

  • Maintain and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, emails, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Attend meetings and record minutes (MoM), then distribute and follow up on action items.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage communications, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain confidential records and files.

Document Control Duties:

  • Set up and maintain a structured filing system for both hard and soft copies of documents.
  • Register, track, and manage all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant parties.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all document revisions, transmittals, and approvals.
  • Ensure document templates and formats comply with company/project standards.
