Job Summary
The Document Controller is responsible for the proper management, control, and tracking of all project documents for EPC power and energy projects. This role ensures that engineering drawings, technical documents, correspondence, and records are accurately maintained, updated, and distributed in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized document control system for engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Site, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Procurement teams for document submissions and updates.
- Track document submission status, approvals, comments, and revisions from clients and consultants.
- Ensure project documentation complies with EPC contract requirements and client standards (e.g., NGCP).
- Support project close-out activities including compilation of as-built drawings and final documentation.
