JOB OVERVIEW
This Document Controller is responsible for the receiving and transmittal, distribution and safekeeping, and document reproduction, of all correspondence, and technical documents such as reports procedure, instruction manuals, drawings, daily diary, control logbooks, log sheets recorder charts and drawings of the power plant during the execution phase in both hard and soft copy.
THE ROLE
Support Site Project Manager and Project Engineers in providing construction support services during the execution phase of the project.
Develop and implement site document control procedures.
Act as custodian of all project documents – technical, general incoming and outgoing correspondences, reports, instruction manuals, drawings, log sheets/charts, commissioning / startup records, etc. - and ensure safety and systematic retrieval of such.
Lend/retrieve requested manual drawings, technical documents to requesting parties.
