Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Document Controller – Architecture
with 3–5 years of experience in construction projects, preferably healthcare or multi-speciality hospital projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all architectural drawings and project-related documentation in compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all architectural drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
Ensure proper document control procedures are implemented and followed.
Maintain document logs, drawing registers, and revision control records.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams for document submissions and approvals.
Track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Ensure timely distribution of approved drawings to site teams.
Maintain both hard copy and electronic filing systems.
