  • Awareness of Company’s Quality Policy.

  • Register of the incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence in the database and distribution to the
  • person in charge.


  • Ensure that the distribution is carried out on basis of a distribution list.

  • Organisation, origination and pursuit of the project files and documentation (see PG 3301 to PG3303) for the
  • contracted ILF Company in coordination with the project manager.


  • Adherence to mission statement (see PG1101), to IMS system and further company-specific documents.

  • Ensure documents submission to the client in a timely manner.

  • Sets up filing system that can be used by all unit staff members.

  • Give support in documentation issues like using the EDMS, preparing lists in Excel, etc.
