Job Description

  • Manage and control Electrical Engineering construction design documents and drawings, including physical submissions and records delivery to the client.
  • Archive approved design documents/drawings and distribute formal construction drawings to relevant parties.
  • Maintain and update project databases and filing systems (Aconex).
  • Organize and coordinate system meetings, including preparation, minute-taking, and reporting to the Head of Department.
  • Assist the department in coordinating with QAQC teams for internal and external audits.
  • Translate documents (e.g., formal letters) between English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year in document controller role, know how to use ACONEX
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
