The Document Controller is responsible for managing the creation, approval, distribution, and maintenance of documents within the project organization. This includes ensuring that all project-related documents are properly managed and controlled throughout the project lifecycle using the applicable Document Control Systems and processes. Creates internal and supplier records as required and prepares documents for transmittal to suppliers and other stakeholders according to project specific procedures Maintains information in project Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Creates and maintains document numbers in the project’s Master Document Register (MDR) including supplier’s numbers (doc.
