Job Description:
- Coordinates all activities related to the safekeeping and storage of technical documents drawings, and correspondences
- Updates the monitoring of records/filing chart to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date
- Generates various documents/reports as required
- Make sure that the controlled copies of latest documents are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
- Maintains updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
- Maintains all documents in the Department under safety custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability
- Maintains the files and control logs as required
- Performs other related duties and special assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
