Job Description
The Document Controller is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the document management and control system for new vessel construction projects. The role focuses on managing the full document lifecycle between the Marine Technology Division and shipyards, suppliers, classification societies and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely and controlled flow of all technical and project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and continuously improve the document control system for marine technology projects.
- Develop and implement document control procedures, work instructions and standards, including document quality checks and version control.
- Manage document classification, numbering, metadata and filing structures in SharePoint and cloud-based platforms.
