Key Responsibilities

  • Scan and digitize physical documents into electronic format.
  • Ensure all scanned files are clear, complete, and properly labeled.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical document records.
  • Verify document accuracy before and after scanning.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and security.
  • Perform basic data entry and filing tasks.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment when necessary.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in document scanning, data entry, or clerical work is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, file management).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Willing to work onsite.
