Key Responsibilities
- Scan and digitize physical documents into electronic format.
- Ensure all scanned files are clear, complete, and properly labeled.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical document records.
- Verify document accuracy before and after scanning.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and security.
- Perform basic data entry and filing tasks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment when necessary.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in document scanning, data entry, or clerical work is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, file management).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Willing to work onsite.
