Job Summary:
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, register, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintain proper filing (hard copy and digital) of company records
- Ensure documents are updated, controlled, and properly versioned
- Monitor document flow and follow up on approvals and signatures
- Prepare transmittals and document logs
- Coordinate with different departments regarding document requirements
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive files
- Support audits and compliance documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- With experience as a Document Controller or Admin Staff is an advantage
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Google Drive/Sheets)
