Job Summary:

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, register, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
  • Maintain proper filing (hard copy and digital) of company records
  • Ensure documents are updated, controlled, and properly versioned
  • Monitor document flow and follow up on approvals and signatures
  • Prepare transmittals and document logs
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding document requirements
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive files
  • Support audits and compliance documentation as needed

Qualifications:

  • With experience as a Document Controller or Admin Staff is an advantage
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Google Drive/Sheets)
