- Implement and manage document control processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Coordinate the distribution and revision of documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits on document control processes to ensure compliance and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control practices and systems.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Information Management
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience in document control or administration
