POSITION PURPOSE
- Provides support in the implementation of the organization's standard procedures
- Provides support in the implementation of ISO standard requirements
- Establishes and maintains an effective filing system for the organization's documents and records
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Monitors incoming and outgoing submittals and letters
- Transmitting Documents from main office to site
- Compiling of weekly Site Reports and Mancom reports for the department
- Act as Assistant for the assign departments manager
- Answering incoming calls
- Responsible for filing documents
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in various computer applications such as MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office Outlook, MS Office PowerPoint, MS Visio
- Basic knowledge on administrative/clerical functions for a corporate environmen
