POSITION PURPOSE

  • Provides support in the implementation of the organization's standard procedures
  • Provides support in the implementation of ISO standard requirements
  • Establishes and maintains an effective filing system for the organization's documents and records

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Monitors incoming and outgoing submittals and letters
  • Transmitting Documents from main office to site
  • Compiling of weekly Site Reports and Mancom reports for the department
  • Act as Assistant for the assign departments manager
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responsible for filing documents

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in various computer applications such as MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office Outlook, MS Office PowerPoint, MS Visio
  • Basic knowledge on administrative/clerical functions for a corporate environmen
