POSITION PURPOSE



Ensures Document Management consistency across all Projects rigorously maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from Project initiation throughout completion.



Provides support of the Business Processes Departments’ initiatives across the company and ensures that it contributes effectively to achieve the department goals and objectives by ensuring all important/critical systems and processes are duly implemented and applied.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES



- Listing out Documents and documenting the project details.

- Notifying the involved party for tacking appropriate action on the pending documents.

- Maintenance of Important Correspondences and Control of Important documents/records/ reports.

- Assists to PM/CM and PIC did the Administrative tasks like secretarial duties.
