Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in document control, administration, or project coordination in a construction setting.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation (e.g., blueprints, permits, transmittals, RFI logs).
  • Strong organizational and file management skills
  • Knowledge of document control systems (Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • amenable to work in Makati City
  • can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
