JOB SUMMARY :

As a Document Controller , you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of company documentation, which includes organizing electronic or hard copies of corporate and project documents and producing reports based on them. You will work closely with department heads and project teams to collect, store, and retrieve important documents as needed. Your job is to organize documents by date, department, or project type to facilitate quick and efficient access for employees and to support projects. Additionally, you may be responsible for overseeing access codes to maintain confidentiality for important documents.
