Need to manage, tracking, and secure storage of project documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. Key duties include organizing both digital and physical records, ensuring version control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a department and project-specific document control system, which may involve using electronic document management systems.
  • Administer the intake, scanning, and verification of both electronic and physical project documents, including technical drawings, contracts, and vendor documents.
  • Control the entire document lifecycle, from initial creation and versioning to distribution, archiving, and eventual disposal.
