Job Description
- Manage and control all project documents, including drawings, correspondence, contracts, reports, and technical submittals.
- Maintain document register and tracking system to ensure all documents are filed, updated, and easily retrievable (softcopy & hardcopy).
- Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for timely submission, approval, and distribution of documents.
- Ensure proper version control and maintain archive of superseded or revised documents.
- Support audits and project handover by providing organized documentation and quality records.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to documentation as assigned by the Project/Document Manager.
- Good command of English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Preferably 1 year and above working experience.
