Job Description

  • Manage and control all project documents, including drawings, correspondence, contracts, reports, and technical submittals.
  • Maintain document register and tracking system to ensure all documents are filed, updated, and easily retrievable (softcopy & hardcopy).
  • Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for timely submission, approval, and distribution of documents.
  • Ensure proper version control and maintain archive of superseded or revised documents.
  • Support audits and project handover by providing organized documentation and quality records.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks related to documentation as assigned by the Project/Document Manager.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Preferably 1 year and above working experience.
