Job Description

  • Draft correspondence and letters.
  • Receive, file, and archive documents.
  • Establish and maintain the department's document management system, regularly updating the incoming/outgoing document register.
  • Manage the archiving of meeting materials, complaint records, news materials, CCC project completion acceptance documents, and other relevant files.
  • Handle departmental administrative tasks such as petty cash reimbursement, meeting arrangements, and vehicle requests.
  • Manage the requisition, distribution, registration, and inventory of daily office supplies for the department.
  • Receive and guide visitors to the department.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
  • Ensure all materials and method statement documents have been submitted prior starting work.
  • Generate all reports in compliance with the requirements of the project.
