Job Description
Manage and maintain project documents (hardcopy and softcopy) in an organized manner
Ensure proper document numbering, filing, tracking, and version control
Receive, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date document registers and records
Coordinate with project team members, consultants, and contractors regarding documentation matters
Ensure compliance with project procedures and documentation standards
Provide administrative and documentation support to site/project team
