Job Description
- Manage and control all project documents, including engineering drawings, technical documents, correspondence, and project records.
- Register, track, distribute, and archive documents using the designated Document Management System (DMS/EDMS).
- Ensure document numbering, revision control, and distribution are in accordance with project procedures and client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors on document submission and transmittals.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and master document lists (MDL).
- Ensure timely retrieval and availability of documents for project teams and audits.
- Support project audits, reviews, and compliance checks related to document control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Perform other document control and administrative tasks as assigned by project management.
