Role Purpose

Responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant information flow throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Control & Management

  • Manage the document control system for all electrical engineering, construction, and commissioning documents.

  • Control, transmit, and track drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection test plans, minutes of meeting, and weekly and monthly reports between engineering teams, site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and revision tracking.

  • Construction & Electrical Documentation

  • Print, distribute, and update electrical construction drawings, including single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and as-built mark-ups for site use.
